Chef Luc Boinard is passionate about cake decorating and his techniques have made him a very successful and sought after pastry chef.
Chef Luc perfected his craft of cake decorating as a pastry chef for the famed Hilton Hotels around the world for 12 years.
Chef Luc served as a pasty chef for several luxury Hilton Hotels starting his career as an associate chef and eventually honing his expertize and creativity as a pastry chef for the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure in Montreal, Canada. He then traveled the world to exotic locations perfecting his craft as a pastry chef for the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, Los Cabos, Mexico, Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Cancun, Mexico, and the Hilton Papagayo Costa Rica Resort & Spa. Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
His trademark became his beautifully decorated cakes and other pastries. Chef Luc graduated from the Académie Culinaire. One of the top culinary educational institutions in Montreal, Canada.
